What files can I upload?

Upload a scan report PDF, screenshot, or multiple photos from an OBD, OEM, or aftermarket scan tool. OBDScribe extracts visible vehicle details, mileage, modules, and diagnostic trouble codes.

What goes into the Tekmetric note?

The repair-order note contains vehicle details, recorded scan findings, and customer-friendly wording. Technician summaries and diagnostic test steps are kept in a separate technician note. Both drafts can be edited before copying.

Does OBDScribe diagnose the vehicle?

No. OBDScribe is a diagnostic note assistant, not a repair-answer machine. A qualified technician must review the report, verify findings, and perform appropriate testing.
